Local team members of one of the leading global consulting companies* approached our team asking to help with market research in France and Poland.

Our primary task was to interview local market players (farmers, retail buyers, members of industry organizations, etc) and explain:

  • How do farmers in these two countries collaborate with retail chains? How does agricultural product end up on the shelf?
  • What is the margin of each member of the chain?
  • What is the role of the intermediaries?
  • How does the local government support farmers?

The project was done successfully under challenging time constraints but left our partners from a global consulting company fully satisfied.
